  • 1 can (379g) condensed milk
  • 3 ripe bananas, peeled and mashed

MetodeMethod

Gooi kondensmelk, room en melk in mengbak en roer tot goed gemeng. Meng piesangs, suurlemoensap en vanieljegeursel en gooi by kondensmelkmengsel. Meng baie goed. Gooi mengsel in diep koekpan of houer en vries totdat dit begin verhard en 'n soliede rand sowat 2cm van die kant af vorm. Skep mengsel in koue bak en klop totdat yskristalle opbreek en mengsel gladde tekstuur het. Gooi terug in houer, bedek met blaadfoelie en vries tot stewig.

Combine the condensed milk, cream, and milk in a mixing bowl and stir until well mixed. Mix the bananas, lemon juice, and vanilla essence and add to the condensed milk mixture. Mix very well. Pour the mixture into a deep cake pan or container and freeze until it starts to harden and a solid edge forms about 2cm from the side. Scoop the mixture into a cold bowl and beat until ice crystals break up and the mixture has a smooth texture. Pour back into the container, cover with cling film, and freeze until firm.

Dissolve the jelly in boiling water. Make a custard from milk, cornflour, and egg yolks. Soak the gelatin in a little cold water. Fold the jelly and gelatin into the custard. Prepare the jelly with 1k boiling water. Stir in the guavas. When it thickens, fold in the cream and stiffly beaten egg whites. Spoon into a dish and let it set in the fridge.

Week die gelatien in die koue water en los dit op in kookwater. Voeg die suiker, suurlemoensap en die skil by. Gooi die mengsel deur 'n sif en laat dit op 'n koel plek afkoel. As die mengsel amper styf is, klits dit met 'n vurk of eierklitser tot dit lig en sponseouncerig is. Klits die wit van die eiers styf en vou dit in. Gooi dit in 'n nat vorm of skep lepelsvol in 'n poedingbak. Maak 'n vlae-sous van die eiergele.

Soak the gelatin in the cold water and dissolve it in boiling water. Add the sugar, lemon juice, and zest. Strain the mixture and let it cool in a cool place. When the mixture is almost set, whisk it with a fork or egg beater until light and fluffy. Whip the egg whites until stiff and fold them in. Pour into a wet mold or spoon into a pudding dish. Vou die geklopte room in as mengsel begin stol. Laat dit in 'n groot poedingvorm of in afsonderlike glasies stol.

Soak the gelatin in the cold water and dissolve it in the boiling water. Peel the peaches and mash them with a fork. Add the sugar. Mix the gelatin into the peach puree well. Fold in the whipped cream as the mixture starts to set. Let it set in a large pudding mold or in individual glasses.

Strooi ½k geelsuiker, ½k witsuiker en kakao bo-oor deeg — moenie meng nie, gooi net bo-oor en dan 'n koppiecup water. Bak in 'n matige oond vir omtrent 40 minute en laat 'n rukkie staan as dit uitkom. Dien!

Sift dry ingredients together. Melt butter and then add vanilla and milk. Mix lightly and pour into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle ½k yellow sugar, ½k white sugar, and cocoa on top of the batter — do not mix, just sprinkle on top and then add a cup of water. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Boil milk, sugar, salt, and sago until the sago is translucent. Allow to cool slightly. Stir in butter. Add slightly beaten egg yolks and essence. Spoon into a greased ovenproof dish. Spread apricot jam on top. Whip egg whites stiff with 6e sugar. Spoon on top of the jam and bake until light brown.
